One fine day

This post is a 55 fiction  - 55 Fiction is a form of micro-fiction that refers to the works of fiction limited to a maximum of fifty-five words.
         
             Sanjay always wondered what the beach offers that makes people so happy? Do they just forget all their problems relaxing in the serenity of the beach or is it just they catch a break form their routine lives they love & cherish. As far as he could recall, he had always sold peanuts on the beach. He thought he is just a kid & would figure out one fine day.

    Thanks Apala, Kshitij, Karan, I think it's really amazing how 55-fiction can tell a lifetime of a story, although a fleeting moment in some random feeling, it tries to encapsulate the bigger picture, the kid's childhood etc. Thanks for your time & stopping by :-)

    Thanks Kappu, Leo, Muthu for the nice comments, yes we think of beach as place to unwind, to relax etc, beach gives us a break from our daily lives to be one with the nature. But this may not be necessarily be the same for everyone, for a kid like Sanjay in the story who does not know the world at all, he sees the smaller picture & gets weird feelings about the same. Well, I have tried to capture a whole story in small paragraph.
