The hidden risk

This post has been published by me as a part of Blog-a-Ton 55; the fifty-fifth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. In association with Rashmi Kumar, the author of Hooked, Lined and Single and Jyoti Arora, the author of Lemon Girl.
.
55-Fiction attempt for Blog-a-ton 55.

Aakansha went out in the rain to cry pretending to get the clothes. Life had become too mundane, too predictable, taking care of her family. She was ambitious, she wanted to see the world, had so many great ideas. She thought there is danger in taking risks, more in not taking & getting bored too.

P.S : Sometimes there is bigger storm within leading to rain of tears.

The regret of not following your dreams can break your life... your purpose to live, but family is important too .. but what will happen when every one is settled and problems solved, what will she be left with? Good post! All the best for BAT!!

when I cry in rain no one sees me crying this Charlie Chaplin saying suits best to this small powerful piece, no one but we knows our pain best.

Agree with Cifar. Even I thought of that quote after reading the piece!

Your post creates a very different mood. Quarter-life crisis and mid-life crisis make people feel depressed and alone. I wish all of us had the guts and favorable conditions to follow our dreams. Nice post. All the best for BAT.

Please read my submission for BAT and share your words at: When it rains outside, tears pour within... :)

Good take. PS is meaningful.
By the way, how did you change the image? Or there were two images and I missed it?
